Elite Pitching Program (HAMLINE)
Pitching places unique demands on the shoulder and body. Our Elite Pitching Program provides the training athletes need to handle these demands and to throw a baseball with the most efficient mechanics possible. Because our program is intentionally designed to be very intense, we are confident it provides pitchers with the preparation needed to:
- Reduce the risk of injury
- Increase recovery time
- Improve functional strength
- Maximize velocity
- Enhance performance
Our program combines functional training, which uses medicine balls, bands, and core movements to strengthen the athlete's entire system, and throwing mechanics, with an emphasis on efficiency and command.
You must pre-register online for any/all programs you plan to attend. Once a program is full, you will be unable to register or participate. Space is limited, so please register today.
Please check your calendar BEFORE you register for any of our programs. We do NOT offer make-up sessions for any sessions missed. It is critical to attend each session to maximize results. There is a $10 processing fee for all cancellations.

Due to an overwhelming amount of requests, we are offering an Elite Pitching session that is for athletes that have not attended BLOCK 1, 2, or 3. This session will not move as fast as our main Elite Pitching Program.
