Registration is now open!
The climate we live in makes development in the game of baseball difficult for our high school players. Players in Minnesota are at a disadvantage because they are forced indoors during the winter months, while players in other parts of the country have the opportunity to train and play outdoors year round. It is important that players find a way to stay active in the game of baseball during the winter months for continual growth and development for the upcoming season.
Next Level Baseball Training has developed an off-season training program to give Minnesota players the opportunity to train into the fall and through the winter. This is a PROCESS-ORIENTED program focuses on the specific mechanics behind the skills. These programs give players the opportunity to address the weaknesses in their game while allowing them to build on their strengths.

It is important that you pre-register online for any/all programs you plan to attend. You will be unable to register and participate for a program once it has filled. Space is limited so please register today.
We are sorry, but we do NOT offer make-ups for any sessions missed. It is important to attend each session to maximize results.

Elite Hitting Program
(Grades 8-12)
This program is designed to give players the skills needed to become successful hitters. Our goal is to develop efficientmechanics, increase bat speed & power, improve tracking, and discuss situational hitting.

Elite Pitching Program
(Grades 8-12)
The Elite Pitching Program is designed to train the body to handle the unique demands placed upon the shoulder during pitching and maximize mechanical efficiency while throwing. This Training Program is very intense and is not like any “NORMAL” pitching program.
The program combines functional training and throwing mechanics. The functionaL TRAINING portion focuses on strengthening the entire system through med-balls, bands, and core movements, while the throwing mechanics portion focuses on efficiency and command.
Our goal is to decrease the risk of injury, increase recover time, develop functional strength, maximize velocity and enhance performance in preparation for the upcoming season.

Next Level Baseball Training teams up with Nevers Larkin Baseball Training at Players Only Inc. in Eden Prairie to offer our Elite Throwing Program. This program is only offered at Players Only.
The Elite Throwing Program is designed to include ONLY the functional training portion of our elite pitching program. The functionaL TRAINING portion focuses on strengthening the entire system through med-balls, bands, and core movements. This program is for any pitcher or position player looking to decrease the risk of injury, increase recover time, develop functional strength, maximize velocity and enhance performance in preparation for the upcoming season.

This program is designed to focus on skills and the drills that will enable an individual to become a sound catcher. The program will follow a progression of instruction through receiving, blocking, throwing techniques, basic & advanced defenses, developing a relationship with the pitching staff and calling the game.

This program is designed to develop relaxed, confident, and consistent fielders. The program will have an emphasis on glove work, footwork, rhythm, turning the double play and throwing.
